Terms of Use These Terms of Use must be accepted upon new registration and are deemed fully accepted upon completion of the registration process. Version: 01/08/2026 Platform Operator: Trust Company: Ticket Vision LLC Ticket Vision Limited 1. Scope of Application These Terms of Use govern the contractual relationship between Ticket Vision (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform Operator”) and event organizers (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”) who publish events and sell tickets via the platform www.ticket.vision. 2. Subject Matter of the Contract Ticket Vision provides a technical platform through which organizers can independently create events and distribute tickets. Ticket Vision acts solely as an intermediary in the name and on behalf of the organizer and does not itself become a contractual party to ticket purchasers. 3. Registration Use of the platform requires prior registration as an organizer. By registering, the organizer confirms: • Legal age and status as an entrepreneur/business entity • Accuracy and completeness of the submitted information • Binding acceptance of the attached General Terms and Conditions (GTC) 4. Obligations of the Organizer The organizer undertakes in particular to: • Comply with all applicable legal requirements (e.g., VAT law, German Civil Code (BGB), consumer protection laws, copyright law) • Provide accurate event descriptions, images, pricing information, terms and conditions, and cancellation policies • Issue invoices correctly and independently • Handle refunds in compliance with the law in justified cases (e.g., cancellation or postponement of events) 5. Tax Obligations & DAC7 The organizer is solely responsible for tax registration and the proper payment of VAT and other applicable taxes. The organizer undertakes to provide complete and up-to-date information (e.g., name, address, tax ID, bank details, revenue data). In the event of incomplete or incorrect information, Ticket Vision reserves the right to suspend payouts or deactivate the account. 6. Payment Processing & Escrow Payments by end customers are processed through third-party providers (payment service providers). Revenues are managed in trust on behalf of the organizer and paid out regularly. Ticket Vision may delay payouts in cases of suspected fraud, chargebacks, or outstanding verification obligations. 7. Refunds Responsibility for refunds lies solely with the organizer. Ticket Vision is not liable for third-party claims but may, upon request, provide support with processing or communication. 8. Usage Fees Fees are based on the current pricing model available at www.ticketvision.com/fees. Ticket Vision reserves the right to change fee structures with prior notice. 9. Rights to Content The organizer grants Ticket Vision a non-exclusive right to use the uploaded content for display, promotion, and indexing purposes. The organizer guarantees that they hold all rights to the media used (texts, images, trademarks, etc.). 10. Digital Services Act (DSA) In accordance with the Digital Services Act (EU Regulation 2022/2065), Ticket Vision undertakes to: • Report or remove illegal content • Review complaints from third parties The organizer undertakes not to upload any content that violates applicable law, personal rights, or protection regulations. 11. Term and Termination The contractual relationship is concluded for an indefinite period and may be terminated in writing by either party with 14 days’ notice to the end of a calendar month. The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected. 12. Liability Ticket Vision shall only be liable in cases of intent or gross negligence. The organizer bears sole responsibility for all content, contracts, or claims arising from events. The organizer shall indemnify and hold Ticket Vision harmless from all third-party claims arising from their content or breaches of obligations. 13. Amendments Ticket Vision reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be communicated to the organizer in due time. If the organizer does not object within 14 days, the changes shall be deemed accepted. 14. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law The laws of Georgia shall apply. To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of Ticket Vision.
